Nexus Federal Solutions LLC is a New Jersey small business formed in 2026 to serve federal facilities in New Jersey and the surrounding tri-state region.
Who we are
Nexus Federal Solutions is an owner-led small business. We act as the prime contractor on federal facility-service requirements, such as custodial, grounds, gutter and exterior maintenance, and pest control, and we team with established local small businesses to perform the field work.
We are a new company, and we won’t pretend otherwise. We don’t have a long list of past contracts yet. What we offer is direct owner involvement, fast responses, careful documentation, and partners chosen because they have spent years earning strong reputations in their trades.
Our mission
To give federal facilities one accountable, responsive point of contact, and to deliver every requirement through established local small businesses that have spent years earning their reputations.

- Responsiveness. The owner answers the phone, and questions get answers the same business day whenever possible.
- Accountability. Nexus is responsible for the result, so we inspect the work, document it and fix problems promptly.
- Strong partnerships. We look for partners with long histories, proper licensing and insurance, and good references, and we treat them fairly.
- Compliance. We follow small-business set-aside rules, including the FAR limits on subcontracting, and the requirements of each installation.

John founded Nexus Federal Solutions to bring owner-level accountability to federal facility services. He serves as the single point of contact for contracting officers and teaming partners, and he manages scheduling, quality control and compliance on every contract.
